This artist described herself as homeless. She had track marks on her arms and said she just got off a bus from New York and desperately needed money. She was selling everything she had. Later we heard her saying the same thing to others. She would often appear at the Last Thursday Art Fair, always in the same doorway of our local garbage hauler, usually with others disheveled as her. She is very gregarious and has a fun sense of humor. She always remembers me. I haven’t seen her since creating this site so haven’t been able to post more about her. But isn’t that part of the mystique?
